Water Hyacinth

Water Hyacinths grow fairly rapidly in a good pond environment. They help to clean and purify the water and provide hiding places for baby fish. We have been adding some chicken poop to the pond which acts as a fertilizer. The flower are a beautiful purple with blue highlights and continue to bloom most of the summer.
